Chris Brown

Director

Chris is the Director of Brown & Co Properties Ltd. He is responsible for the Sales and Lettings side of the business and will be the first point of contact for any appraisal or viewing. Chris graduated from Stirling University with a degree in history in 2008 and has worked in the property industry ever since, first via the family run mortgage practice where he gained a qualification in mortgage advice and from 2010 as the Managing Director of Brown & Co.

He has retained a keen interest in property since childhood, having at various points in his life fancied becoming a builder and an architect! Chris has a wide knowledge base and holds the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Property Sales in Scotland.

Chris has lived and schooled in Whitburn for most of his life so possesses excellent local knowledge of the town and surrounding areas. He firmly believes when it comes to selling property within the region it is worth trusting those who are local and know the market inside out.

Chris is a keen football fan and has supported Hearts since childhood. You may also see him out and about walking Rudi, his beloved Chocolate Labrador!
